Assembly instruction high pressure hoses

How do you assemble our reusable fittings?

Screw sleeves are used to reliably connect high-pressure hoses to cutting ring or push-in fittings. These connections are designed to stay tight under high pressure, be sturdy and be easily loosened without soldering.

To correctly fit a high-pressure hose to a cutting ring or push-in fitting, first place a screw sleeve on the thermoplastic hose. Then the hose stud is screwed into the screw sleeve. To prevent the screw sleeve from loosening during the assembly process, it is equipped with a left-hand thread.

A cutting ring coupling with a 24° angle can be attached to the end of the hose stud, or a push-in fitting. When using push-in fittings, note that they should only be used on hose studs with a special groove.

For optimal operation and longevity of the hoses, it is crucial to perform the assembly exactly according to our instruction sheet. Only then will the thermoplastic hoses remain undamaged and the reusable fittings function properly, resulting in a good seal.

Finally, it is important to keep the working environment clean so that no dirt or other contaminants can enter the central lubrication system.
